Ok so I broke down and bought the wedding party costume pack simply for the top hat

First off the price made me question purchasing it at all..

and yes the guy char's seem to only have 1 costume really.. the differences being the wedding tux has a towel thrown on his back, a string round his waist and an inch taller top hat vs the dapper and formal tuxes

the female costumes seem ok but I was a bit disappointed in the dapper tux for my girl characters.. there something going on with the bust on normally larger busted characters.. say an ele. The coat looks almost football playerish where as on an assassin char it looks much better(and they have quite a small chest)... I was really looking forward to that costume.. maybe there's a bit too much padding in the chest but to me it just looks off (which it didn't look on the character displaying it in the NCsoft store)

either way my male chars can pull of their tuxes and the girls will more then likely only wear the top hat

I cant get the 3rd quest item to spawn. Same problem as I had yesterday with the 2nd item. Gwen loops her dialogue and the quest won't progress.

Before you tell me to zone in and out of the Hall, or listen to the full dialogue, or change districts, or add heroes... i've done it all to try and get her to stop talking.

This is getting really frustrating, and turning me off this content.

just finished third solo and it left my hand shaking. im not good at soloing unless i can use spirit spam. xD you travel to where the bonus is in aurora glade. cant wait for the 4th item/quest! xD

I still can't get the second quest. Gwen is still in my HoM infinitely repeating the same dialogue that spawned after I completed the first quest.

The medal isn't in Majesty's Rest either.

I feel your pain Scarlett. I was miraculously able to get the 2nd quest today after experiencing the same problem as you yesterday. But of course, now I'm getting the same bug when trying to start the 3rd.

I had the same problem, read In this thread that I must change districts. Changed from AM to EU got it and carried on. So try the same?

For those of you with the looping gwen.

Do the quest from the scrying pool again. "Show me the story of the arrowhead".
When you finish the quest and get the 5 war supplies, allow it to teleport you back by waiting the 15 seconds.
Make sure gwen stops the dialogue this time. (Don't leave early on anything.)
Then go get the second item.

(This has worked every time for those who I have assisted.)

To the people who are having issues with finding the arrow head, have you guys tried teaming up with someone who CAN get the item to spawn? This way, you can both still "talk" to it...

What I found in quests with dialog is that you much have patience and wait for whole dialog to finish before leaving cause if you leave when it ends but it not done than quest wont update must listen to all over again. During Wik quests I left zone after dialog was done but there was more to it which cause quest to not update.

4th item - Shining Blade Cloak - location:

In the mission as Keiran that you get after you find the 3rd item don't go back at start, you or Miku can get stuck.

Things I've tried:
Re-doing the quest, and zoning with the timer.
Re-doing the quest, and map travelling.
Listening to Gwen's dialogue once.
Listening to gwen's dialogue multiple times.
Listening to her full dialogue.
Zoning as soon as I load in and not listening to any dialogue.
Re-zoning in and out of my HoM multiple times.
Changing districts.
Adding heroes.
Equipping the Keiran bow.
Not equipping the Keiran bow.

Any other suggestions?
